Two Weeks of 20 Featured Cookbooks, Over 50 Recipes, & the Latest EYBD Books & Previews
April 5, 2019 by JennyEat Your Books (EYB) is a website for people who love cookbooks and want to make better use of the great recipes from those books. With EYB, a member can create their own personal Bookshelf and quickly find recipes from their cookbooks, food magazines, food blogs, personal recipe clippings, and favorite online recipes. New cookbooks (as well as older titles) are indexed every week.
What is indexing? Our indexers list each recipe title and then the major ingredients from that recipe under the cookbook title. No minor ingredients which are considered normal pantry items, no measurements and no instructions are shared – the member needs to own the book to obtain the full recipe. Tags are added for recipe type, ethnicity, special diet, etc. As a member you are able to search through your cookbook collection to find a recipe using the ingredients you have on hand allowing members to take charge of their recipe collection.
