Low Carb Express, Active, Well Being and Beat Your Bloat Promotion

If your new year resolutions are a distant memory, I have a set of titles that will help you regain your momentum (and not additional pounds)!

Low Carb Express: Cut the Carbs with 130 Deliciously Healthy Recipes by Annie Bell serves up satisfying low-carb recipes that use seasonal ingredients and can be made in 30 minutes or less. Annie has written a library of titles  covering health to baking.

Beat Your Bloat: Recipes and Exercise to Promote Digestive Health by Maeve Madden, model, actress, and lifestyle and fitness blogger, shares her personal journey living with IBS and PCOS and what has worked for her in terms of food and exercise. The book offers 60 delicious recipes, a 21-day food and fitness plan, and a wealth of other tips and advice. April is IBS awareness month and this title would be a wonderful gift idea to anyone who suffers from IBS or PCOS.

Active by Holly Davidson, actress, personal trainer, and co-author of the acclaimed book Nourish, has devised a holistic approach to fitness, exercise, and diet that will fit into anyone’s busy daily routine. This book is the boost we need to get up and get moving!

Well Being: Recipes and Rituals to Realign the Body and Mind by Danielle Copperman, fashion model and the creative force behind the blog “Model Mange Tout,” has written a comprehensive handbook to guide readers through their day outlining practices, rituals, and recipes to promote optimal physical and mental health. This is a beautiful title and I am particularly loving the chapter devoted to broths.

Special thanks to Kyle Books for providing two sets of these titles in our giveaway below.

I do a much better job with my emotional/mental health than I do with my physical health – I make sure to take time to read, meditate, etc., but I still find making time for exercise difficult. If I had my own indoor pool, that might be different. ๐Ÿ™‚
