I’ve become so inspired by this book that I’m actually jealous of
the creations they have thought of – for example filling a
hollowed-out chocolate Easter egg with a cheesecake or turning a
Lemon meringue pie into a cheesecake. How about a Mac &
cheesecake or a Ruby Murray (curry) mini cheesecake? Their
imagination knows no bounds. I blame my lack of imagination on
being a parent (please don’t tell me the authors have children – I
don’t want to know. Let me take solace in my excuses.)
