I would love to have a copy of the Cook's Illustrated Meat Book. I would like to give it to my husband who is the "grill master" of the house. He loves to use his grill and frequently refers to America's Test Kitchen for information. It is his favorite source for recipes, tips, and tricks.

  • zantor23  on  December 30, 2014

I would love a copy of the ATK TV show cook book. I am a huge fan of the radio show and of cooks illustrated (via my housemate's subscription), but always forget to go and download the recipes from those things.

  • Aggie92  on  December 30, 2014

I would love The Cook's Illustrated Meat Book, as I've seen quite a few recipe reviews here on EYB that looked good, and I'm always on the lookout for more good meat recipes.

  • Potterhill  on  December 31, 2014

I would like The Complete ATK TV Show Cookbook. I don't get the show and I do find their recipes reliable. And what's not to love about having it all, and all in one place!

  • contest718  on  December 31, 2014

Can I have them all? IF I have to choose I guess the cooking school book but would also love the meat book.

I would love the The Complete America's Test Kitchen TV Show Cookbook 2001-2014, I love how well they explain each step and why it makes a difference. I'm always tempted to improvise, and they keep me on the straight and narrow!

  • sarahawker  on  December 31, 2014

I'd love a copy of the Meat Book, I try to eat low carb and I know that ATK has also been working on this, but any way for me to learn more about properly cooking something so expensive would be well received!

  • trudys_person  on  December 31, 2014

I would like to win the Meat Book. I love to bake, and I'm pretty good at vegetables/vegetarian, but I'm weak in the meat department – all the names of cuts confuse me and I tend to stick with the very basics – ground beef, stewing beef, pork tenderloin and chicken …

  • vinochic  on  December 31, 2014

I would like The Complete America's Test Kitchen TV Show Cookbook 2001-2014. I love watching the show when I can, and though I have a couple of their books and am a subscriber of Cooks Illustrated, I often see a recipe on the show that I want to make and don't have access to it.

  • enthous  on  December 31, 2014

I'd love to win the New Family Cookbook. I have the original version and it's very tattered, and I'd like to get anything added since that first edition came out.

  • rivergait  on  December 31, 2014

I'd like The Complete School book, not for myself (as I already have most of these wonderful books), but for my granddaughter who is living in the art studio out back while she goes to college.

  • eliza  on  December 31, 2014

I would be happy with any, but the TV show 2001-2014 would be my first choice because I've watched the show and often thought the recipes sounded good.

I would love the Cook's Country TV show cookbook! I'm a Cooks Illustrated fan from way back – I own every issue of the magazine, The Baking Book, The Science of Good Cooking book, Cooking for Two, Pressure Cooker Revolution, DIY, The Complete Book of Poultry AND America's Test Kitchen's most recent edition which I've been cooking from for the the past month, ever since I retired AND I've watched all of the America's Test Kitchen episodes in the past month on my iPad. I think the Cook's Country Cookbook would be an awesome addition and a perfect retirement gift for me ๐Ÿ™‚ I just don't know how to post on Rafflecopter ๐Ÿ™

  • ChefTerri  on  January 1, 2015

The Complete America's Test Kitchen TV Show Cookbook, 2001-2014. What a treasure trove this book would be! I watch the show weekly with mouth watering. I would gratefully and thoroughly enjoy my very own copy with which to cook and learn by. ATK has taught America the science of cooking, which I am grateful for. They are the next generation Julia Child.

  • louie734  on  January 1, 2015

Oh gosh I just love CI/ATK… Very difficult choice between the Baking Book and the Family Cookbook. This year I gifted the Meat Book and it was beautiful, but I just don't cook meat often enough to justify the shelf space!
