The Forest Feast Mediterranean Cookbook Giveaway

Enter to win a copy of Erin Gleeson’s The Forest Feast Mediterranean: Simple Vegetarian Recipes Inspired by My Travels.

The Forest Feast titles are works of art filled with illustrations by Erin and gorgeous photography. The author’s latest shares dishes taken from her travels to Spain, Italy, France and Portugal and are simple, vegetarian and beautiful. Only Erin can take a few ingredients and transform them into an elegant plate of food and inspire thousands of cooks everywhere.

Most of the recipes in this book serve four to six people and ingredient measurements are giving in weight and volume. I have only had a chance to make her Patatas bravas and Charred broccoli with onions and both were easy but outstanding. Erin’s book tour is shared on our calendar.

    This sounds like the perfect book for me! Three years ago my husband and I moved to live next to the forest and shortly after became vegetarians. It’s a much better life than we had before but it can be difficult to find recipes and meals when we were not brought up in plant-based homes.
