How to Eat a Peach – Diana Henry – US/UK tour
March 30, 2018 by JennyHow do we love Diana Henry? Let us count the ways. It is really quite Simple, she gives us Plenty of reasons. Okay, I’ll stop now. I was going to go on with a “no I’m not drinking Crazy Water” spiel but the need to roll my own eyes compelled me to cease and desist.
We all love Diana, and her work, and I am so privileged to have a fuzzy copy of How to Eat a Peach in my hands to admire (yes the beautiful cover has the texture of a peach). This book will be officially released in the UK on April 5th and in the US on May 1st.
My book collection is fortunate enough to house all of Diana’s books each one a treasure in itself. But, there is something special and personal about How to Eat a Peach. While the 24 menus and 100 recipes here reflect places Diana loves, and dishes that are her favorites, the tone of the book brings me to Diana’s kitchen discussing food and preparing a meal. Now wouldn’t that be a dream come true of epic proportions?
We are indexing How to Eat a Peach and will be bringing you a full promotion soon. Today, we want to share Diana’s UK and US book tour schedule so that you can make appropriate arrangements.
I’ll leave you with one more personal wish – if I could drink the water that produces Diana’s magical words and the ability to make White beans with red onions, parsley and lemon look like an elegant meal, my life would be fulfilled.
