The Great British Bake Off is back, the 2025 Cookbook Preview, recipes and more

This week the new bakers for Season 15 of The Great British Bake Off were announced and we have shared that information with you here. It looks like a wonderful mixture of bakers from all ages and walks of life. As stated, the show airs in the UK on Channel 4 on the 24th of September and on Netflix in the US on the 27th (recently confirmed). A few Members inquired when the new season might be showing in Canada, I could not locate any information but I did ask a Canadian friend who said it is always much later. So perhaps it is like how the show is aired on PBS in the US – the year after it is shown in the UK (so that everyone can watch it eventually if you do not Netflix).

I recently published the 2025 Cookbook Preview post which is already quite lengthy! So many books, so little time. This post will be continually updated.

Lastly, I have a stack of great baking books to write about in my next roundup so get ready to hit the preorder/order button! Now I must return to the September new cookbook review which is quite lengthy itself!
