Benjamina Ebeui is the founder of the blog Carrot and Crumb which has now transitioned over to Sweet Things, a substack newsletter. She appeared on The Great British Bake Off Season 4 when she was just 23. She impressed readers and judges alike with her impeccable techniques and creative flavor combinations. She lives in London where she works with the social enterprise Luminary Bakery, teaches baking workshops, makes custom cakes and runs a food styling business.
I’ll Bring Dessert is the author’s third book and showcases 70 sweet recipes to cater for any occasion.
