Almond croissant cookies that went viral, ingredient vendors, Q&A Livestream, and more
March 15, 2024 by JennyThis week an article from The Kitchn popped up on my radar entitled: I Tried the Viral “Almond Croissant Cookies” and They’ll Transport You Straight to Paris (I Can’t Stop Baking Them!). I am all for being transported to Paris so I bookmarked the recipe to try (and featured the cookie in our online recipe section below).
The Almond croissant cookie recipe is from Ryan Nordheimer, a New York City baker and blogger, who fills each cookie with a sweet almond center and look relatively easy to make. Have any of you tried this heavenly looking cookie?
Last month, Jane shared Help with buying ingredients.
