Holy Sweet! Cookbook & Emile Henry Loaf Pan Giveaway
November 24, 2020 by JennyEnter our US giveaway to win one of three copies of Holy Sweet!: 60 Indulgent Recipes for Bigger, Better Desserts by Peabody Johanson with one grand prize winner receiving an Emile Henry loaf pan.
Holy Sweet!: 60 Indulgent Recipes for Bigger, Better Desserts by Peabody Johanson is an innovative, maddeningly creative collection of recipes from this talented baker/blogger. I continue to state that her debut cookbook is a party of deliciousness and fun between two covers. This book belongs on everyone’s bookshelf because Peabody truly is an evil genius and here you will find recipes, unlike any others.
Years ago I told Peabody she needed to write a cookbook and she pooh-poohed me. I was beyond thrilled to finally learn that a brilliant publisher grabbed her up. This book’s desserts will please everyone in the family from the youngest to the oldest – whether they be bakers, wannabe bakers or eager treat consumers.
Our takes you inside this beautiful book and features the following
To celebrate the publication of Holy Sweet, Emile Henry would like to give one of our members a beautiful loaf pan. The Orange-glazed gingerbread babka, Fruity Pebbles crumb cake, Frosted Flakes banana chocolate chip pound cake, and a number of other recipes would work great in this pan. You can also serve any of the individual treats such as the Snoball sandwich cookies in this gorgeous pan – all lined up like little soldiers. I have bananas waiting for me to make the Frosted Flakes pound cake tomorrow.
The fun factor here is off the charts but if a certain ingredient isn’t your jam, mix things up a bit. I’m thinking of making a Cap’n Crunch crumb cake using Peabody’s recipe – because I have a thing for a man in uniform.
