November 2020 Eat Your Books Cookbook Club Summary

Each month we offer at least four cooking options in our Eat Your Books Cookbook Club. This month we’ve been cooking from the following titles:

Please note our announcement document shared in the club shares all our options (including those in the past). You will find the options for December 2020 and January 2021 at the bottom of this post.

An EYB member recently asked what options were available for those not on Facebook. Please post your photos here on EYB as I always check the book’s member images and try to include those as well. We want everyone to participate.

This was a very busy month. Ottolenghi is everyone’s chef crush. From Flavor/Flavour we have the following dishes:

 Curried carrot mash with brown butter by Jane (Thanks to Jane for making this dish and raving – I made it because of you and it is one of my favorite things now. Other members made this dish as well.)

There are many additional photos in the club and we have almost a half month of cooking from these titles. We are extending 100 Cookies until the end of the year as members are waiting for the second printing of this amazing book.
