Take a look at Le Creuset’s Noël Collection

If you follow Jenny on social media (and if you don’t, you should), you probably saw her post on the latest special edition Santa cocotte from Le Creuset. It is part of their new Noël Collection, and there is something there that almost everyone can afford.

If the Dutch oven with the Santa lid is out of your price range, you can also purchase a serving platter with the same motif for about one-third the cost of the Dutch oven. There’s also a metal Santa cookie jar, a silicone spatula, and a set of mugs that would make great stocking stuffers.

Staub often comes out with a holiday lid as well but I have not seen it yet. On Sur la Table’s website, however, I did run across a cool Staub handheld spice grinder that’s only $30 USD (it’s definitely going on my wish list). Their lovely snowflake cocotte is available from various sites including Target, where it is about $20 less than I’ve seen it elsewhere. On Staub’s US site, they are offering a free gift if you spend over $200.

Speaking of spice grinders, this Swedish crush grinder from Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Store looks pretty cool, although it comes with a hefty $95 USD price tag. The Milk Street Store has a lot more items than I remembered, and it’s a great site to browse. As we get closer to the holidays, we will be putting out our usual gift guides, but I thought you might like a taste before the shopping season gets frenetic.

Can’t find the snowflake cocotte anywhere. Link provided to Target just goes to main Target site.

The link should be fixed now. Sorry about that!
