Falastin – Cookbook Giveaway

Enter our US giveaway to win one of three copies of Falastin: A Cookbook by Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley with one additional copy being offered worldwide by Eat Your Books.

Falastin is our July main cookbook option in the Eat Your Books Cookbook Club (published 3/26/2020 in the UK; the US release 6/16/2020)

With just as much anticipation as that afforded to an Ottolenghi release, cookbook lovers waited eagerly for Falastin to hit the shelves. Our reward for waiting patiently was a stunning book filled with recipes that inspire along with beautiful photography. This book does not disappoint.

Tamimi is our host throughout the book and Wigley takes the role of guide. As we fans know, Tamimi was a founding member of the Ottolenghi empire with Wigley joining the force in 2010. Filled with vibrant dishes that beg to be created by our less than worthy hands and narrative that cements the authors’ love of Palestine, Falastin is a gem. It is a book that doesn’t take a back seat to any Middle Eastern cookbooks but holds up beside the greatest of them all on its own merit.

Our EYBDPreviewButton takes you inside this beautiful book and features the following EYBD Recipe Button

Special thanks to Ten Speed Press for offering three copies of this title in our giveaway open to US members. EYB is sponsoring one additional copy worldwide.  Entry options include answering the following question in the comments section of this blog post.

Which recipe in the index would you try first?
