One Pot Feeds All – Anolon Two Step Meal Set & Baking Pan Giveaway
March 15, 2020 by JennyEnter our giveaway to win a copy of One Pot Feeds All: 100 New One-Dish Recipes from Roasts to Desserts by Darina Allen with one grand prize winner receiving Anolon cookware (US). EYB is providing one copy of the cookbook to a member worldwide.
Darina runs the world-renowned cooking school at Ballymaloe in County Cork, Ireland. She founded the school with her brother, Rory O’Connell in 1983 and since then has authored many cookery books. I had the pleasure of speaking with Darina one year ago and detailed that conversation here.
One-pot cooking offers efficiency in a number of ways. There’s less juggling, typically no complicated techniques needed, little space required and less washing up to do. Darina’s latest title includes 100 dishes to be cooked in a pot, tray or pan comprising lighter meals, such as soups, baked eggs, and frittatas to hearty dishes like stews, tagines, and curries, plus about 10 desserts.
There are three available online recipes from this title that our members can try now:
- Spanish red pepper stew with haddock
- Apple & blackberry traybake with sweet geranium sugar
- Chorizo, goat’s cheese & tomato frittata
To celebrate One Pot Feeds All, our friends at Anolon are offering one lucky member: an Advanced Home Round Two Step Meal Set and an Advanced Cake Pan with Silicone Grips and Lid so that your cooking and tray baking needs are met!
The two step meal set is an innovative straining pan designed for a full range of meals from fast and easy weeknight creations to the weekend menu. The straining lid aligns with pour spouts or locks to seal in heat and flavor. Superior nonstick, SureGrip handles, and long-lasting hard-anodized durability makes this pot a workhorse. This set includes a 5-quart Dutch oven and a 10-inch everything pan that doubles as the oven’s lid.
The Advanced Cake Pan with Silicone Grips and Lid is a 9 x 13 pan that can be used for tray bakes, lasagnas, and more. There is more to bake than just cake. This rectangular bake pan delivers versatility with convenience. Superior nonstick for easy baked good release and fast cleanup after roasted meats and veggies. The handy cover makes for easy transporting of your dish.
Special thanks to Anolon for offering a set of these pieces to one grand prize winner.
