My favorite seafood dish ever is a "barbecued shrimp" recipe that I no longer eat. I believe it was a Jeff Smith recipe. It has a pound of bacon, a pound of butter, 1/2 cup of hot sauce, shell-on shrimp and a few other ingredients. Four of us would eat it with an entire baguette of garlic bread (or two) and a few adult beverages. My mouth still waters.
