Modern Sourdough Cookbook Giveaway

Enter to win a copy of Modern Sourdough: Sweet and Savoury Recipes from Margot Bakery by Michelle Eshkeri

There is something about a cookbook filled with a treasure trove of recipes from London’s Margot Bakery and a stash of flour that brings me comfort. Many folks curse the cooler temperatures and snow-filled days, but not me. Bring on the cold so I can spend the day making Brioche feuilletée, Blue cheese and red onion marmalade twists, and dream about making the other 100 plus recipes in Modern Sourdough.

I was thrilled to see Michelle Eshkeri’s recipe for Pizza di Recco in this book especially after my experimenting with the dish a week ago. My order of Italian flour arrived today just in time to try this author’s version (at least one-third of the order arrived). Two bags exploded en route and I found myself covered in a fine white powder when I opened the box and pulled out the bubble wrap. It’s time to dust myself off and buy more expensive cheese!

Our takes you inside this beautiful book and shares the following

This book is filled with stunning photographs including many step-by-step collages to guide us through braiding techniques and more. You will want to add the Edible flower shortbread cookies or the Salted caramel chocolate chip cookies to your holiday baking lists. I am.

Thanks to the publisher for providing three copies of the above-referenced title in our giveaway open to EYB Members in the US, CA, UK, and AU. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post.
