We are pleased to share a promotion for our next EYBD Book, Poh Bakes 100 Greats by Poh Ling Yeow.
Poh Ling Yeow is a Malaysian-born Australian artist, actress and chef who rose to fame during the first series of Master Chef where she made it through to the final. She now has starred in several television series and is the author of three cookbooks: Poh’s Kitchen, Same Same but Different and her latest Poh Bakes 100 Greats.
The photography here is stunning. Poh sprinkles recipes for the
classics such as brioche and crème caramel in between pages that
contain delights such as a technicolor Strawberry lychee chiffon
cake or a Ballerina mousse and meringue tart. Each page is fulled
with inspiration and temptation.
I love baking books and have probably a thousand devoted to the
craft. I am always inspired by books such as Poh’s Bakes 100
Greats that shares the perfect blend of classic and exciting
bakes to please any level of baker.
