The Roca brothers, who head up the renowned restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, have a new concept they will soon be unveiling. The trio is working on a hotel, but it won’t be just any hotel. Located inside will be a chocolate factoryThe 15-room hotel, located near the brothers’ restaurant in Girona, Span, will have spaces on the first floor where guests and visitors can buy and taste chocolate. Jordi Roca’s hope is that the hotel will smell like chocolate. I can feel my pants getting tighter just thinking about the concept. 

Denmark came out of nowhere in the last few years to earn a spot in the highest food travel echelons, but its star may soon be eclipsed by an even brighter one. The latest up-and-coming culinary travel destination is the Swiss Alps. The Michelin Guide recently added 21 new one-star restaurants in the region, as chefs there toss tradition out the window in favor of inventive, sophisticated dishes.
