    No matter what else I am smoking, if we need it I smoke water. It is an interesting addition to most yeast bread recipes. We freeze it in ice cube trays for bourbon, Bloody Marys, gin cocktails and to add a vegetarian smoke to dishes like greens.

    But, my favorite thing to smoke is duck. Transformation!
