Food52 Genius Desserts – Promotion

Drawing from her James Beard Award-nominated Genius Recipes column and powered by the wisdom of the Food52 community, the author has compiled the most game-changing dessert recipes from cookbook authors, chefs, and bakers in one glorious book. Featuring iconic desserts spanning the last century as well as little-known gems, this is the ultimate collection. Also included are genius tips, riffs, and mini-recipes, as well as the lively stories behind each recipe.
We are entering the perfect season for New-fashioned apple cider doughnuts or Piekies (a pie/cookie mash-up) and any season is right for Coffee-cardamom walnut cakes or Chocolate oblivion truffle torte.
