    I don't eat meat or eggs and I'm sort of picky so breakfast is boring because it is always fruit. Instinct had my eyes automatically honed in on the Miso and Tumeric Chickpea Scrabble! Something else for breakfast!!!!!

    okay, this is going to be a list because no way i can choose. tofu noodle soup with coconut lemongrass broth, sundried tomato and oregano dressing, creamy and spicy corn and millet toss, eggplant 'bolognese,' creamy harissa lentils with cauliflower rice, miso millet 'polenta' with green onions, vanilla corn cake with roasted strawberries, and beet velvet slice with tangy citrus frosting!

    i've been following this blog for years now, it's so lovely to see sarah has a book. can't wait to get my hands on it!

    Tough choice. Most of these recipes are intriguing (someone had a lot of fun coming up with names!). I think I'll have to go with Roasted chili basil lime tofu bowls, which contains four of my favorite words.
