  • robinorig  on  April 21, 2017

I would definitely start with the Sourdough Spelt bread as I've recently been smitten with the Sourdough bread making bug and I'm intrigued by using spelt in it. A friend in CA sent me home from a trip to the Bay area last summer with some sourdough starter from the 1800s which managed to survive the trip back. I've been making sourdough bread ever since!
