Cookbook Giveaway – Fresh and Roots

We have two great books in our contest today. First, Fresh: Simple, Delicious Recipes to Make You Feel Energized! by Donal Skehan which delivers healthy, fresh recipes that are as nourishing and energizing as they are delicious. Television and YouTube sensation, Skehan, believes in maximizing health and energy through the enjoyment of flavorful, nutrient-packed food. And the second title, Roots (Superfoods for Life series): The Complete Guide to the Underground Superfood by Stephanie Pedersen which shares 75 delicious and nutritious recipes for root vegetables. From the humble potato to beets, carrots, and yucca, root vegetables are packed with nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants. Plus, they’re easy to prepare, readily available, inexpensive, and a treat to eat. For more information on these books please  see our review post,  which shares two recipes – one from each title.

We are pleased to offer three sets of these titles to our EYB Members in the US. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post.

Which title are you most excited to cook from?

Please note that you must be logged into the Rafflecopter contest before posting or your entry won’t be counted. Please be sure to check your spam filters to make sure you receive our email notifications. Prizes can take up to 6 weeks to arrive from the publishers. I believe I would cook from "Fresh: Simple, delicious recipes to make you feel energized first"! Tough to say for sure though!

I'd love to cook from both of these but I'm more excited about Fresh since my daughter loves watching his youtube show and I've watched with her.

Tough choice! But I think that Roots would have to be first, as it aligns best with what I have in my fridge on a regular rotation. It'd be great for weeknight meals, with Fresh being a great adventure for the weekends.

I want to learn how to cook more root vegetables, especially the "unusual" ones. My goal is to eat more filling veggies, and I don't care for greens at all. Thank you!
