Cookbook Giveaway – Full Moon Suppers

Full Moon Suppers at Salt Water Farm: Recipes from Land and Sea by Annemarie Ahearn is the debut title from the New York City chef who left her job in the big city and started a cooking school for home cooks in Maine.

We are pleased to offer five copies of this title to our EYB Members in the US and Canada. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post.

    So many of the recipes look incredible, but if I had to pick one it would be Jerusalem artichokes with parsley, bacon, watercress, and grain mustard

    The potato gnocchi, no,the roasted beets with horseradish, no, the poached codfish with green olives and saffron….and that's because I can't get through the first ten recipes without making at least half of them LOL.

    They all look amazing, including the simple to make but complex-tasting cocktails! The Oven tart with sweet onions, pecorino, anchovies, capers, and lemon definitely caught my eye though!
