Definitely Green curry with chicken (Gaeng keow wan gai) (although tempted by the grasshoppers and crickets…not!). I'd love to make a green curry – I always choose red in restaurants.

I read cookbooks like other people read novels, so I'm always excited when the recipes or the book in general includes stories related to the recipes or cuisine. It usually makes me want to try the recipes even more.
