Cookbook Giveaway – Mamma by Mina Holland and a Pasta Maker

Mamma: Reflections on the Food That Makes Us by Mina Holland is a charming narrative exploring how the food we ate as a child defines our taste buds as adults along with building our foundation as cooks.

We are pleased to offer two copies of this title to our EYB Members worldwide. In addition, one member in the US can win a pasta maker along with a copy of the book.

I have an extra Atlas Italian pasta makers (US link) (UK link) and wanted to share one in this giveaway. I can only ship the pasta maker to continential US addresses due to shipping cost. My hope is that one of you will make homemade pasta memories with your children or grandchildren.

    The green beans recipes look very nice – I really don't know if I would do the Green beans braised in tomatoes and wine first, or the Green beans with curry leaves. Not the one with miso as I don't have any miso at the moment.

    I would love to try the tagliatelle…I love Italian dishes, the ones I didn't find growing up in my Polish/Slavish household….I prefer the ravaoli instead of the pierogi!!
