    We love Rhubarb in season . So I would try the Rhubarb Summer Cake. A good old fashioned cake.

    A have a weakness for blueberry bars -so that's what I would try first. Although I would be very tempted to try the raspberry Oreo cheesecake first too. I might decide to make both at the same time!

    I would first make the Rhubarb Summer Cake, here in central Florida we'll be seeing fresh Rhubarb and I could decorate with our spring strawberries as well
