Cookbook giveaway – The Zumbo Files
May 9, 2015 by DarcieFor his third cookbook The Zumbo Files, top Sydney pastry chef Adriano Zumbo recreates some of the classic desserts we all grew up drooling over. In addition to providing his favourite recipes for these confections, he applies his Willy Wonka-esque genius to twist each classic into a contemporary incarnation that plays on the original recipe. You can learn more about the book in our author Q&A.
We’re delighted to offer 4 copies of The Zumbo Files to EYB Members in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post:
Zumbo uses intriguing ingredients like Vegemite, yuzu, tonka beans, and chocolate-covered Pop Rocks. Which unusual ingredient most excites you (or are you more interested in Zumbo’s novel techniques)?
Please note that you must be signed into the Rafflecopter contest before posting the comment or your entry won’t be counted. The contest ends June 6, 2015.
