A fresh perspective on cooking and lots of references to New Zealand – the food (of course) but also the country, the people, the wine, the terroir and all that is unique to the country.

Just a freshness that isn't here in the US offerings of late. Everyone is the same and cooking the same. A "foreigner" will be a breath of fresh air.

I hope they'll show us the landscape as well as the food; I'm anxious to learn how New Zealanders use lamb.

I have never seen this program but I will have to check it out. I love free range, natural, organic cooking. It has saved and enriched my life. I have a terminal illness and it has given me back time with my husband.
