Cookbook giveaway – Bistronomy

Food writer Katrina Meynink takes a look inside the world of the bistronomy restaurant, terroir, wine and the workings of the bistronomy chefs with her latest cookbook, Bistronomy: French Food Unbound. Bistronomy details the history of the nascent movement that melds gastronomy with bistro, and describes how this beguiling combination makes casual dining a very serious proposition with an unwavering focus on seasonality and creativity. Author Katrina Meynink embraces the movement’s concept of sharing by offering more than 100 recipes generously contributed by thirty Australian and international chefs.
