Cookbook Giveaway – Through the Seasons

Through the Seasons is Annabel Langbein’s 21st cookbook and features recipes inspired by her New Zealand garden’s ebb and flow throughout the year.     Goodness me, what a choice! Foraging for field and pine mushrooms and slippery jacks after rain and cooking them, on toast, in pasta etc. plus drying them for winter soups and stews.
