Baking By Feel by Becca Rea-Tucker is all about the therapeutic benefits of baking. The author shares bakes for every mood from happy to angry in an effort for us to identify and process emotions in the kitchen.

There are 65 recipes here along with Becca’s advice for breathing exercises and lessons to avoid swallowing your emotions and more. Besides the therapeutic benefits the recipes look tempting and approachable.
