Mateo Zielonka, aka The Pasta Man (dubbed so by his Instafans), is a London based chef. Polish-born, he has worked in London for six years including time at Padella and Polpo. He also teaches pasta classes and his class schedule will soon be up at his site.

Mateo makes spectacular, original pasta. There is no limit to his imaginative work with dough which includes striped, spotted, red, purple, green and black, and every shape imaginable.

Now in his debut cookbook, he reveals for the first time how you too can make his incredible creations. With “how to” sections guiding you through every shape and effect, from spots and stripes (using all-natural coloring), lasagne sheets and pappardelle, ravioli pillows, tortellini and other spectacular filled pastas, he then offers delicious recipes with which to hone your new skills. The book is illustrated with beautiful photography and clear step-by-step instructions.
