    Love new ideas for breakfast and this one looks fantastic. Hard to choose what to start with but we love hominy and I've never though to have it for breakfast – Hominy and eggs sounds good.

    This is an excellent cookbook, but with editing problems. If anyone else already has this and can explain about the addition of honey in the brioche recipe, please let me know.
