Get up to date with EYB on Social Media
December 18, 2013 by ChristineSocial media is a great way to keep up with the goings on here at Eat Your Books. We have a few different options to help you keep informed about giveaways, announcements, new blog posts, newly indexed books, sample recipes from cookbooks, and other interesting recipes we’ve come across:
If you follow us on Twitter @EatYourBooks, you can see our Tweets about all the topics mentioned above as well as other relevant cookbook/recipe-related news and articles we re-Tweet from authors, publishers, bloggers, and the press.
On Pinterest, we predominantly pin recipes with online links and we also pin some cookbooks, magazines, and giveaways. So if you want to see daily additions of great recipes, follow us there! You’ll find different themed boards, including most major holidays, specialty diets, and more.
Facebook is a very popular social media option,
but there are a few tricks to help make sure you are actually able
to see what EYB has posted on Facebook. First, when you go to EYB’s
Facebook page, check to make sure “Following” is checked in
addition to “Liked.” With some recent changes to Facebook’s
algorithms, you don’t necessarily get to see all the posts. For
more explanation and a guided tour on how cook Facebook’s
algorithm, read our detailed instructions over in EYB
Support.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment and we’ll try to help!
