Cookbook giveaway – Robicelli’s: A Love Story, with Cupcakes

CupcakesWe’re very pleased to be able to offer two free copies of Robicelli’s: A Love Story with Cupcakes.  Matt and Allison Robicelli are iconic cupcake bakers (their Chicken n’Waffles flavor is legendary). They’ve developed a passionate following for their 250 different flavors of sophisticated cupcakes — classically made and adult oriented – not “cutesie” or  overly sweet.

The recipes in their new cookbook – which contains recipes along with personal stories and tips – echoes that theme. And for a passionate defense of cupcakes – and why they deserved and continue to deserve their popularity, read Allison Robicelli’s missive to us – it will definitely get you revved up.

    I'm a big fan of boozy cupcakes. My fave? Gin and Tonic cupcakes followed closely by a Tiramisu cupcake (Kahlua's is used, so boozy!).

    There's a cupcake shop near me that bakes a vegan mochanut cupcake that's incredible (chocolate cake with coconut icing). Wish I had the recipe for that one!
