    We are eating more and more “new-fashioned” salads, and many of these sound tempting. Most vegetarian, which is great for me! I think I’d try Charred courgettes + sweetcorn with borlotti beans and lemon and basil pesto first, but ask me tomorrow and I may have a different choice!
