Toast Water – Noah Fecks and Victoria Granof
September 2, 2017 by Jenny
Toast Water is a culinary art book created by photographer, Noah Fecks, and renowned food stylist and author, Victoria Granof. Together they illustrated vintage recipes from Noah’s nana into a bound volume of inspired photographs and original text. The pages deliver a powerful collection of memories utilizing a minimalist design and the vibrant colors of nana’s era.
Somehow Noah and Victoria made retro food cool and transformed a gelatinous salad into a striking photo. I’m thrilled to have this title in my collection and the authors would like two of you to win a copy as well.
The authors are offering two copies of this book to EYB Members worldwide. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post.
Which recipe in the index
reminds you of something your grandmother used to serve?
