June 3, 2021 by DarciePastry Arts magazine is a multimedia platform that aims to inspire, educate and connect the pastry community an informational conduit spotlighting the trade and giving a voice to hardworking pastry and baking professionals. In addition to its website, Pastry Arts has an active Facebook group featuring posts from industry professionals and hobbyists alike. Last year, Pastry Arts offered a free virtual summit with video demonstrations, recipes, discussions, and more. The event was so successful that they are repeating it again this year.

The free four-day summit begins today. Designed for both dessert professionals and serious enthusiasts, it features 50+ video demos, presentations and interviews to instantly watch on any device. Presenters include pastry chefs from around the world including EYB Member-favorite cookbook authors like Erin Jeanne McDowell, Jacquy Pfeiffer, Jason Licker, Joanne Chang, Michael Laiskonis, and Sherry Yard.
If you want to have access to the presentations outside of the four-day summit, you can purchase an extended pass for $39 USD, which provides access to all of the videos for a full year, in addition to four free digital issues of Pastry Arts magazine and twenty additional downloadable recipes. If you love the sweet side of the kitchen, this event is perfect for you.
