Diana Henry’s 2009 Roast Figs, Sugar Snow: Winter Food to Warm the Soul has now been revisited, revised and refreshed nearly 20 years after its first publication, with a new foreword by Nigel Slater and seven new recipes.

Roast Figs, Sugar Snow: Food to Warm the Soul, 2023, is full of comforting delights from cold-weather climes – from the ski slopes of Italy, to the coffee houses of Vienna and Budapest, the rural reaches of New England and beyond – these recipes will bring warmth to your heart as well as your home. There are 24 online recipes carried over from the original edition. To celebrate this revised title, Diana is offering three of our members a tote to go along with a copy of the book.
