April 2023 EYB Cookbook Club Summary
April 24, 2023 by JennyEach month we offer at least four cooking options in our Eat Your Books Cookbook Club. This month we have been cooking and it was a really busy time in the group. We loved seeing all the great photos and the love for RecipeTin Eats Dinner.
- Cookbook: RecipeTin Eats Dinner: 150 Recipes for Fast, Everyday Meals by Nagi Maehashi or any of Nagi’s blog recipes. Be sure to add RecipeTin Eats to your Bookshelf.
- Baking: Bundt month – any online Bundt cake recipe or your favorite Bundt cakes
- Veg/Vegan Option: Fake Meat: Real Food for Vegan Appetites by Isa Chandra Moskowitz
For past EYB Cookbook Club summaries, #EYBCookbookClub will pull up an archive of our club’s activities. Please note our announcement document shared in the club shares all our options (including those in the past). You will find the May & June cooking options as well as our 2023 year-long options at the bottom of this post.
An EYB member recently asked what options were available for those not on Facebook. Please post your photos here on EYB as I always check the book’s member images and try to include those as well. We want everyone to participate.

I made the Zuppa Toscana, Shepherd’s pie and cottage pie and several other recipes – and they were all delicious. Actually, the pie has been made four times now as it was so popular.
