    Thank you for hosting this giveaway. This new book from ATK seems like a very useful addition to every home kitchen, especially with food costs rising so quickly. I would like to try the Quick Sweet and Spicy Pickled Red Onions. I have not had much experience with quick pickling, and I notice that this recipe has several other quick pickle versions included on the same page – bonus!
