Crumble Crate Review and – 3 month subscription giveaway
September 16, 2022 by JennyBecause I love to bake I read a great deal of baking related articles on the internet and recently came across a baking subscription service – Crumble Crate.
What drew my attention to this company was the fact that two or three products are included with the ingredients and I am hoarder of all things baking. What I also loved was the individual bakes that were available on the site – such as Lavender macarons with lemon curd or Blueberry knots as well as the upcoming subscription kits for the months of September, October and November. Mini French apple cakes; Cranberry ginger tea bread and Anise sugar cookies. These are all interesting bakes that I would love to make and enjoy.
After talking with the team at Crumble Crate, they graciously sent me the Almond raspberry tart kit and offered to give one of our Members a 3 month subscription! See our giveaway below.
Unlike other kits I have tried, there is plenty of each ingredient in the kit and I loved the 8 inch tart pan and piping tip that came with the crate – as well as the extra bonus of a pot holder. I realize I short changed myself with the bottom and top layer of my tart below – but I wanted to make a small tart with chocolate for my husband as he is not a fan of fruit. So while my tart is a little skinny – it is absolutely delicious and I was, again, able to make my husband a little treat that he could enjoy.
The packaging in this crate is top-notched as well. The bags of ingredients are sturdy with a mesh like backing that make it impossible to tear while in transport. The jam was a nice amount and sealed securely and the recipe shared was detailed. Crumble Crate did all the measuring for me.
To be truthful, I have some medical issues making it difficult for me to stand for longer than a few minutes and causing severe shortness of breath so right now any baking project seems overwhelming. But using the Crumble Crate – it was so incredibly fast and easy it was in the oven before I could blink an eye. All I had to add was a stick of butter for the shortbread base/top and then whip up some heavy cream and add some raspberries for decoration.
I love to bake and will hopefully get back to baking up a storm soon. For people with limited time or those wanting to learn to bake and have success – Crumble Crate is the way to go. The service is also wonderful to have on hand for quick and impressive baked treats.
Crumble Crate is offering our Members a special code – EYB15 – to take $15 dollars off collections and applies to subscription purchases. Limited to 1 recurring payment, one use per customer/order with a minimum purchase of $100.00. This cannot be combined with any other discounts. The code is active from September 16th through November 1st.
This service would make a fantastic gift for the holidays and/or would be a fun hostess gift to deliver this season.
