    It is Summer here in Australia and I live close to an area with a major scallop fishery (Hervey Bay) so I would cook Scallops with shallot & caper butter, baguette & peas (page 154), a perfect al-fresco lunch choice or entree using fresh, seasonal, sustainably fished local seafood!
