There are other fun cookbook clubs around the interwebs and we’d like to highlight those for those members who might want to cook or bake something other than our choices. We will try to keep you up-to-date on these clubs’ choices by the beginning of each month.
Great British Chefs – This month GBC is cooking through their new book Great British Chefs: Vegetables: 40 Seasonal Recipes From the UK’s Most Exciting Chefs. See our promotion for this title here as well as a promo for their first book here.
Rainyday Bites – Deborah Balint – Instagram’s first cookbook club – this month’s selection is Falastin.
Tasting Table Cookbook Club – September’s selection – Ad Hoc at Home
Salt & Spine is the leading podcast focused on telling the stories behind cookbooks through in-depth, in-person interviews with compelling authors. They have started a Cookbook Club that meets via Zoom at the end of the month. This month’s selection is Repertoire: All the Recipes You Need .
Saveur Cookbook Club – This month’s selection is Mosquito Supper Club: Cajun Recipes from a Disappearing Bayou
Food52 Baking Club – this month’s selection is Everyone Can Bake: Simple Recipes to Master & Mix. All year they are baking through one of my favorite’s Midwest Made: Big, Bold Baking from the Heartland
Food52 Cookbook Club – this month’s selection is Vietnamese Food Any Day: Simple Recipes for True, Fresh Flavors. All year-long options: The Modern Cook’s Year and Cooking with Scraps.
Great Jones Cookbook Club – Join Hawa Hassan — founder and CEO of Basbaas, and now, author — for a sneak peek and discussion about her new cookbook In Bibi’s Kitchen: The Recipes and Stories of Grandmothers from the Eight African Countries that Touch the Indian Ocean, Zoom event is on September 20th.
Kitchn’s Cookbook Club – September’s pick is Cool Beans: The Ultimate Guide to Cooking with the World’s Most Versatile Plant-Based Protein, with 125 Recipes

- The Mary Berry Cookbook Club – this is a cookbook club on Facebook run by Mary Berry’s team which focuses on the author’s recipes.
- Drew Barrymore has a casual cookbook club on Instagram live. Drew has covered The Flavor Bible and now is featuring Living Lively – I will try to get more information for our members.
