Foraging has long been a favorite pastime for me. I love to go for hikes in the woods and pick wild raspberries, blueberries, mushrooms (being ultra careful about these), and more. With autumn just around the corner for those of us in the northern latitudes, can pumpkin spice everything be far behind? Whether you love it or hate it, the spice blend – which doesn’t contain pumpkin – will be featured on virtually every menu in the US and beyond. If you have ever wondered what, exactly, pumpkin spice contains, wonder no more. Southern Living Magazine has the details. You can also browse the EYB Library to find recipes for pumpkin spice lattes and more.
