Every cook and baker should have several titles dedicated to gluten-free cooking and Aran’s book covers it all from pantry staples to dessert. The book is filled with gorgeous photography and inspiring recipes from Spicy chicken salad with apple, celery, and pickled vegetables; Ricotta gnudi with slow-roasted tomatoes, to Flaky caramelized onion and fennel biscuits.
