We are pleased to share a promotion for our next EYBD Book, Wholefood Baking: Wholesome Ingredients for Delicious Results by Jude Blereau.

Jude Blereau has led a wholefood lifestyle for over 25 years, long before ‘wholefood’ was a buzzword for healthy living. She has authored a number of titles on wholefood cooking as well as served on committees on sustainable ethical farming, does her part to promote artisanal skills and more to promote her beliefs.

Her latest book, Wholefood Baking, includes more than 120 tried and true recipes for cakes, scones, biscuits and pastries as well as delectable creams, icings and jams, many of which are gluten, nut and dairy-free and use whole and semi-refined flours and sugars.

Included with these recipes is advice on how to convert your favourite recipes using whole ingredients. As I page through this title, it would not occur to me that this is a health related baking title. The recipes sound, and the photographs appear, as tempting as those in other baking books. Jude proves that wholefood baking is decadent and tasty with the bonus of being good for us as well.

Our   which features the following

If you order this title before our promotional period ends, register here (be sure you have a photo of your receipt or screenshot from your online order ready to upload).
