- Kyra’s is both the author and photographer of this gorgeous title. She is also a naturopath.
- There was a time when the word “vegan” would cause me to lose interest in a title but that is no longer the case. Now, I view each well-done work as an inspiration to explore. I may substitute out some ingredients if I don’t have the vegan counterpart on hand but I embrace every book as an opportunity to learn.
- Vegan is great option as a gift for someone who follow a vegan lifestyle or those who wish to create vegan dishes for family and friends.
