Cookbook Giveaway – Vegetarian Heartland

Vegetarian Heartland: Recipes for Life’s Adventures by Shelly Westerhausen is a cookbook of approximately 85 recipes for vegetarian comfort food delivered from a fresh and exciting point of view.

We are pleased to offer three copies of this title to our EYB Members in the US.  One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post.
